What to Expect
at Your First Visit

The purpose of the first visit is to establish a “dental home” for your child, a safe place where a trusting relationship can be established and maintained. We recommend finding a dental home for your child by their first birthday or signs of their first tooth.

Please allow time to fill out paperwork on your first visit, or fill out the new patient form HERE. You will need to bring your child's care card and any insurance information. If your child has any medical concerns please inform us prior to your scheduled visit.
